What you get in the app
Every feature built specifically for US gig workers. No fluff, no ads.
Odometer-based mileage logging
Enter your starting odometer when you start a shift, ending odometer when you end it — the format IRS Publication 463 specifically asks for. Battery-friendly (no background GPS competing with your gig apps), every business mile logged at the 2026 IRS rate of $0.725/mile, typically $8,000–$14,000 in annual deductions for a full-time Dasher.
Shift logging without manual input
Tracks when you're online with each platform. Know your real hourly rate per app, per city, per time of day.
Earnings analytics & heatmaps
See your best-earning hours and zones. Peak Pay, tips, base pay, and promotions broken out so you know what's actually paying you.
IRS-ready tax reports
One-tap export of mileage logs and earnings summaries. Schedule C–ready PDFs and CSVs for quarterly estimated taxes.
Multi-platform support
DoorDash, Uber, Uber Eats, Lyft, Instacart, Walmart Spark, Grubhub, Amazon Flex, and more. Consolidate all your apps in one place.

Frequently asked questions
Is ShiftTracker free?
Yes — the free tier covers shift tracking, mileage logging, and basic earnings summaries. Advanced analytics, unlimited history, and tax-ready exports are available on the paid plans.
When will the iOS app be available?
The iOS version is in active development and expected to launch later in 2026. You can use our web app at shifttracker.app in the meantime from any iPhone browser — full feature parity, including odometer-based mileage logging at shift start and end.
Does the app drain my battery?
No. ShiftTracker uses odometer-based mileage logging instead of background GPS — you enter your odometer at shift start and end, so the app doesn't need constant location access while you drive. That means no extra battery drain on top of the gig apps that are already running GPS for routing.
Which gig platforms does ShiftTracker support?
DoorDash, Uber, Uber Eats, Lyft, Instacart, Walmart Spark, Grubhub, Amazon Flex, GoPuff, Favor, Roadie, and others. If you work a new platform we don't auto-detect, you can log it manually.
Can I use ShiftTracker on the web too?
Yes. ShiftTracker.app works in any browser on desktop or mobile. Your phone app syncs to the web dashboard in real time.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest on Supabase infrastructure. We never sell your data or share it with third parties. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
