How billing works

The free trial turns into a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel. Here is exactly what happens.

  1. You start the free trial. Subscribe in the iPhone or Android app, or on the web at shifttracker.app, and pick monthly ($7.99) or annual ($59.99). A payment method is required. Nothing is charged during the trial.
  2. The trial ends after 7 days and billing starts automatically. Seven days after you start, your subscription begins and you are charged $7.99 for the month or $59.99 for the year.
  3. It renews until you cancel. Your subscription renews automatically every month or every year at the then-current price. If the price changes, we tell you before it takes effect.
  4. Cancel anytime. Go to Settings › Manage Subscription in the app, which opens your Apple, Google Play or web subscription page. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged. Cancel later and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — every plan starts with a 7-day free trial of ShiftTracker Elite, with full access to advanced analytics, unlimited history, and personalized insights. What's included in Elite?

The hourly heatmap, mileage tracking, shift analytics, personalized recommendations, unlimited history (365+ days), tax-ready exports, and priority support. Monthly and annual include the same features — annual just saves you over 35%.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. No long-term contracts. Cancel anytime from Settings › Manage Subscription in the app, which opens your Apple, Google Play or web subscription page. You keep access until your billing period ends.

Is there a free plan?

No. After the 7-day trial, ShiftTracker needs an active subscription. Without one the app is locked, but your data stays in your account and comes back when you subscribe.
